On-line reservations are initially confirmed or denied based on a 24-hour, automatic, computerized system which just checks the number of passengers requested against the total number of available seats for each cruise.

For your comfort, your party will not be seated with other passengers you do not know. During regular business hours, a reservationist will check availability for the number of tables you require. Seating in our climate controlled dining room, is at comfortably padded booths which can seat 2, 4 or 6 passengers. Unless privately chartered, there will be other passengers in the dining room, but not at your tables.

For your privacy, within 24 hours of your reservation request, you will receive a telephone call or email from a Rivership Romance reservationist to complete the reservation by accepting your payment or set up a deadline for your payment.

Make SURE to include a telephone number where you can be reached or receive a message. Think carefully about the number you use as if someone else answers your phone, we do not want to ruin any surprise! This phone number is also our only way of reaching you in case of an emergency prior to your cruise date, so do not use a work number.
